Selected portraits of Las Pulgas del Tropezón, before going out to play in the streets during carnival days. The Centro de Referencia Las Pulgas is a programme for the promotion and protection of the rights of children and adolescents. It was created in 2005 as a result of an agreement between the Municipality of Tandil and the Secretary of Children and Adolescents of the Province of Buenos Aires.
